I literally can cook A ribeye in less time than it took to get my cheeseburger and chicken nuggets.
They didn't have items on the menu.(steak bagel) I ordered country style chicken biscuit. The chicken was burnt. Told me it would be 10 minutes before more chicken would be ready. Had to get bacon egg and cheese biscuit,by that time I done lost my appetite.
Great musical play area for the children. Carpet needs some attention though. We suggest keeping shoes on your Lil ones. Employees were polite and attentive.
Worst service. It is like no one cares. The food had an old taste buns are old and the people can be very rude. If you don't want to be there then give a job to someone who does.
Worse experience I've ever had at a McDonald's in my life. So chaotic and disorganized with employees walking around the lobby and behind the counter playing with their cell phones while there was only one cashier waiting on a long line who took a long time to even get to taking orders. Also the dirtiest store from the parking lot, restrooms, store floor, booths and drink area which were all covered in filth. After finally getting our food there was no ice tea or straws at the drink counter. When we asked for straws the one cashier working brought some out and said she should charge us for them! ?? Just bizarre. Finally to top it all off the quarter pounder with cheese was dripping with grease with no flavor. The one thing I've always taken for granted at McDonald's is the product quality. Not here! Possibly some retraining, new hires, and new management is in order here. Avoid until then!
