My mom and I went in to purchase a car from Sunbelt Ford in Sylvester together. My credit was score was not high enough to be on the loan according to Marian. Marian texed and said put the car in your moms name and so went through the process with my mom on purchasing the car. My mom lives in Kentucy and I live in Georgia we expained to Marian and she said take the papers to the courthouse in Sylvester to register the car. To make a long story short the car has been sitting in the yard since May of this year and I have made payments on time every month and I can n'ot drive the car because we are unable to register the car in Georgia, the auto insure was void and dropped by progressive and in trying to trade the car we found out the car is upside down no bank loan or trade in is availabe to us. My mom can not afford to take over the payments after having 3 strokes and medical bills. I have tried not to return the car but it seems as though we have no choice.....BUYERS BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!! The sales lady gave us the single mom understanding story and the whole time she was railroading us .
Very polite staff, but overpriced services. After waiting 3 days & over $1000 for parts & service, I was extremely disappointed they didn't even bother to clean my vehicle.

Both times we were vert pleased with the service we received from the salesman Mr. Bobby Robinson Jr. . We return for the second time because of the first time experience we had. Which was excellent service. He would even come to me to make the deal and brought a car I wanted from Florida. He is also there after the sale.
