Quite disappointed in our most recent purchase. We received dented and scratched boxes for our truck. When we brought it to their attention after further inspection, their response was "oh yeah, they came that way". Were they hoping we wouldn't notice? We weren't offered a discount or option to return the item, but were charged additional labor for the work.
