I would rate it negative if that were an option, everybody I know that eats here gets sick....
This is easily the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. The staff here is incompetent and rude. They can’t get the simplest of orders correct. I’ve had tacos from here that have flour on them. (I’m assuming that was a little cross contamination from the KFC side of things.) I’ve ordered beef tacos and noticed pieces of chicken in them. This is easy to spot since there’s usually only about a ½ tsp of meat. I’ve never had a “full” taco from them. Maybe they’re trying to save money by giving you an empty shell. I don’t know. The shell is also usually broken or stale. I think they sit them under a heat lamp or something. I always though tacos were a relatively easy food to make. Shell, meat, lettuce, cheese. Done. How hard could it possibly be? The only reason this place is still open is because it’s in a small town. People don’t have a ton of options. However, I’d rather drive half an hour to the next town and get tacos than 5 minutes down the road. 100% worth the gas money. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! If there was a zero star option, I would choose it.
Got my familys order wrong. Terrible service. They were being jerks to US for THEIR mess up. Plus when I tried to rate them the first time it didn't even pull up because people keep rating them bad. Forgot to give my parents part of their order. IGNORED my dad when he was telling them they forgot something. Talked bad about my mom WHILE SHE WAS IN FRONT OF THEM. They are lucky I can't rate this negitive 5. Cause I would. Terrible listeners. Were jumping orders. They want to charge people for orders they can't even get right. They want to be payed 13, 14, or 15 dollars a hour when they mess every order up. The drive thru people can hear you. They just ignore you. Half of the people that eat there don't rate it cause they ain't going to pity them with even 1 star. Wich I understand. Only reason I am rating them is to warn people. DO NOT EAT HERE.
It's ridiculous that y'all can charge people for food but yet don't know how to give them what they order. The drive thru orders get so screwed up because one second it's one person taking the order then it's a different person. Y'all need to get your act together
My aunt ordered a taco bowl and a sweet tea. Taco bowl was fine but... when she got to the bottom of her sweet tea there was a roach that she sucked up her straw.
