If you're ever in Sylvester, Georgia this restaurant is amazing! In this tiny little town sits this amazing gourmet gem! The food is incredible and very high quality!
As always the food, service, and atmosphere of Isabella Station leaves the customer feeling relaxed and happy.
We visited as tourists passing through, interested in the historical significance of Isabella Station. The owner was very kind and told us about the building's history. We visited in a Sunday, which has a set menu. The food was really delicious and home cooked. It was a great way to end our trip in Sylvester -- we will be back!
Our party of 6 was seated promptly. The steak is cooked to temperature, so for those of you who just order without asking first, be aware that your steak may seem under-cooked. The apps were served quickly and the main meal followed within 20 mins (due to steak orders). The wait staff was very quick to refill our drinks and bring condiments. A great place to dine!
We stumbled upon this jewel while traveling to Atlanta. A customer in the parking lot gave high praise and now I will follow suit. The restaurant is welcoming and warm. Georgia charm 100%. Not a place to grab a quick bite, but if you the time settle in for a savory win. We had the steak and catfish (both of us were eating off each other's plate!). We were recommended owners choice of dessert, chimmichanga, not a drop of disappointment! So good. Also, it's important for me to add that as a lesbian couple we we're cautious about bias, but we were welcome and included like family. Very friendly, warm and diverse.
